Good original idea even though I don't know the soap opera as I usually avoid watching these things as I also do most reality shows, I was still able to get the idea well from the lyrics. However, you need to work on your pacing as we all seemed to have had to at sometime in our writing careers. Keep writing and count the notes on each line and make them fit somehow. I'm sure with your creativity and talent you can easily learn to pace well.
