For those of you who are not college basketball fans, the four Big-XII teams that Syracuse plowed under to win the 2003 NCAA Championship were the Oklahoma State Cowboys, Oklahoma Sooners, Texas Longhorns and Kansas Jayhawks. Impressive.
I've always been a Sooner fan,
And Big-XII when they're idle.
With three teams in the Super Eight,
Surely one would win the title.

I've been in Syracuse's study abroad program for the past year so I'm pretty happy they won. I think the pacing was a little off though so i gave all 4's
Hats off to you for remembering Del Shannon. The school that produces broadcasters like the Naval Academy produces astronauts (Marty Glickman, Marv and the rest of the Albert family, Bob Costas, Len Berman, etc.) has finally done it. "Sorry Excuse" no more. Don't worry, Sooner or later, your school will win. Of course, here in New Jersey, Rutgers has been saying that since General Knight derailed our previously undefeated team in the '76 Final Four...
