The Lyrics

my return! With this song about what happons when you dont go to your doctors...so always go to your doctors!
she was afraid to go out to the doctor's
she was as nervous as she could be
she was afraid to go out to the doctor's
she was afraid that the doctor would see

(two three four, doctor said there was no cure)

she was a druggie smoking diabetic, overweight, and anorexic
getting shots for Hepatitis C
a druggie smoking diabetic, overweight, and anorexic
so at the doctors, she wont want to be

(two three four, she also has diseases more)

she was afraid to be out in the open
cause she may now catch another disease
she was afraid to be out in the open
because now it does burn when she pees

(two three four, goneria makes you sore)

she was a druggie smoking diabetic, overweight, and anorexic
getting shots for Hepatitis C
a druggie smoking diabetic, overweight, and anorexic
now it even burns when she pees

(Two three four, now she's even grown a claw)

now she's afraid to drink up any water
'cause Leprosy has stuck her, great
she's afraid to drink up any water
'cause now she has the Bubonic plague

(two three four, now her hand is on the floor)

she was a druggie smoking diabetic, overweight, and anorexic
getting shots for Hepatitis C
a druggie smoking diabetic, overweight, and anorexic
so at the doctors, she wont want to be

from the measles to the cancer
from her face down to her claw
from the plague down to the small pox
guess there weren't any cures

Michael, I think I jumped on the site while you were on hiatus. Loved this one. 5-5-5 --- You know, I avoided Doctors like the plague for many a year and then finally had to go (Very bad attack of gout a couple years back, fortunately corrected by dietary changes/no booze). One of my early postings here in November had the protagonist taking more than 10 pills a day. A month later with some additional stress dumped on me I suddenly found myself taking 9 a day and thinking about that song...hmm. Down to about half that now, none for stress. Good to make acquaintance with your stuff, looking forward to more.

She's both overweight and anorexic? Aren't those opposites?

You are sick. But funny! Steve: If she's anorexic, she probably believes she's overweight anyway, making it a truly insidious illness, as much mental as physical. And I can't stand the Carpenters.
