I could never get much past 50,000 on the arcade version, but on the Atari 5200 version, I once scored 2 million. Took me 8 hours. After that, I lost an audition to play The Fonz in a junior high production of "Happy Days," because I could only use my right thumb. They ended up sticking me in the Potsie role, so I told them to "Sit on it." Of course, sitting around playing video games for 8 hours straight leads to other problems. Thank God for the inventor of the Pause button.
