There's nothing wrong with a balanced diet of all food groups and proper exercise mixed with the power of meditation or prayer daily. Veganism and vegetarianism are unbalanced nonsensical lifestyles for the weak-minded and gullible. How about trying moderation and join a gym?

Many consider veganism extreme but what is truly extreme is having to have your chest cut open for heart surgery, something veganism prevents. Meat eating is sinful, so prayer and meditation alongside it is a twisted approach. It's like a woman who prays to God for the strength to prostitute herself.
