I just started the slim fast plan, and my husband whom works at a local hospital was talking to a few nurses about it and they told him that slim fast was no good for you because it does not break down in the digestive system. Now I am trying to find out more info about it.

Yeah...I read teh slim fast plan for fun off of something, maybe the box, and this is it, they start you off on 200 un-needed calories, then they give you triple the cholesteral, then they say you can eat anything for dinner, how the hell does this diet work?
