| Parody Written by: | 2Eagle |
It's the most wonderful time of the year
With the 'crackers exploding
And everyone loading up on good beer
It's the most wonderful time of the year.
It's the rip roaringest weekend of all
With anticipating July celebrating
And folks have a ball
It's the rip roaringest weekend of all.
There'll be barbecues roasting
Marshmallows for toasting
And melons and corn on the cob -
There'll be surfing and swimming
While tables are brimming with
Goodies grilled by Uncle Bob.
It's the most fabulous night of them all
With the skyrockets soaring
And spectators roaring
Americans all
It's the most fabulous night of them all.
There'll be marching bands playing
And people flag waving
Performances out in the park -
There'll be long boring speeches
By someone who preaches while
Couples make out in the dark.
It's that most wonderful night once again
There'll be lolopalozza
By John Phillips Sousa
And George M. Cohan
It's that most wonderful night once again.
With the 'crackers exploding
And everyone loading up on good beer
It's the most wonderful time of the year.
It's the rip roaringest weekend of all
With anticipating July celebrating
And folks have a ball

No sparklers on me, Sir! . . . Loading my Scotty & driving out to the foggy coast, to get some Crab . . . and if MrNick is in, those hot, dripping eggplant strips! ~Peace & Crab~, the only way to go!
You're weird, Sir. Thanks, Ann, alvin and AFW.
Sir 2Eagle, I did have a great 4th! Enjoyed your line with G. M. Cohan, as I did get to hear an Old Time Marching Band, along with a small-town Parade on the Coast. And the crab was d e v i n e.
