You forgot a few things like the stares and disdain that your are Gaijin, the filthy and pungent fish markets, the Ladyboys seeking tourist males, the buy porn, condoms, and sex aids from a vending machine tech, and annoying Japanese drivers with heavy traffic. Don't forget your business cards too for the "I know an American" crowd who collect them.
