The Lyrics
As the pressure grows on Iran to halt its nuclear program, the threat to the Straight of Hormuz oil shipping lanes by the Iranian Navy and AF also grows more precarious by the day. President Obama has sent two carriers and other naval assets into the region to secure the lanes and to detect mines and clear them if necessary. Iran meanwhile continues to make threats of closing the Straight and/or mining the shipping lanes. I praise Obama for standing firm with the willingness to use force to keep the Straight open and the lanes clear. But Iran pisses me off. Either the US or Israel needs to attack their nuclear sites soon before they get a single warhead and attach it to an IRBM aimed at Israel or US military assets within range!!!
