Not bad, but you don't have enough of your own material in there, you have too many of the original lyrics still left. Even if the lyrics look like they'd write perfect with your song, you should still try and rewrite most of it. A few spots are cool, but with how sparatic your own words are, it makes it look a little too amaturish. No offense mind you, i'm just trying to give some of my own helpful advice.
