The BJ is a reference to the Monica Lewinsky scandal of the late 90s and how it shifted the political center toward the neo-con movement. Personally, I'd take Clinton back as president anyday, because look at the mess we're currently in now. Gitmo is a reference to the "suspects" we have down in Guantanamo Bay.
