I took a trip around the world via ValueJet.
I left my luggage sitting in some airport baggage check.
I watched my bags slide right down that conveyor line,
Then I boarded for my flight.
I watched my bags slide down that conveyor line,
After all I knew they'd be waiting when I arrived.
I really don't mind delays now and then
As long as I get my bags at the end.
If this flight gets off track will I still get my luggage back?
If you should see it please do tell me, it's green and black.
I'd have kept it with me though there was far too much to stow.

I've checked with airport lost and found but still my luggage ain't around.
Took for granted I'd get off the plane and find it there.
But now I guess that I was wrong cause all the stuff I packed is gone.
Ain't got no socks or soap, toothbrush or underwear.
If this flight gets off track will I still get my luggage back?
