We all remember how US President George W. Bush declared Iran, Iraq, and North Korea as part of an "axis of evil". Everyone seems to think that Iraq, in fact, will be the next target of the US in its campaign against terrorism. Would the US first send Saddam a warning? Would the warning even matter?
