The supposed warez path
I was confronted
By mysterious banners
They poured onto the web page
Through my Blueyonder line
I looked at my own connection
Confused and wondering of how they came to be.
Hmm, I was confused
For if they were blocked
How and why are they here?
But I composed myself and decided I should face it.
But I stood there alive
On the supposed warez path
And I was confronted
By a powerful advert
They said it was a pop-up
And when it loaded the ad filled the screen up so I just couldn't close it
And I said:
DAMN YOU GOOGLE
YOUR TOOLBAR'S MENT TO BLOCK ALL THESE ADS!
But I did not believe in a pop-up blocking, world-of-freedom, kind of reality
And I gained control of myself and I decided to press on.
And as I walked along
The supposed warez path
I was trembling with fear
Oh, the spyware and crashes yet to come
They're loading from a distance
Nasty programs self-installing again and a
Site from above did flash up
A blinking answer on it's ad
Please forgive me
I never meant to download you
