If you never heard of the song, it's part of the first Powerpuff girls soundtrack. I've seen its music video many times on Cartoon Network as a tween. Scene: After Luigi entered this new haunted place, a small girl, about age 6 who preferred today's pop music over anything else, went in for herself. She had short black hair, hazel eyes and wore a fuchsia t-shirt, mondo junior skinny jeans with some red patches, sky blue sneakers & socks that were the same color as the shirt. In due time, she made it towards the 15th floor where she heard a small groovitacious sound around the corner. She followed the music as she stumbled into an odd music hall. There were creepily shaped red balloons everywhere and right in the middle of the floor was a pair of old headphones. Just as she was about to touch them, they got up on their own and snagged themselves around the kid's neck like it was horseshoes. Almost instantly, the girl too was floating in midair, which surprised her at first, but not as startled as she was when she looked up to see that her short hair began to glow bright red, similar to her jean patches, then curled & slowly started to expand like a balloon. "Wh-wh-wh-what's happening to me? Is my pretty hair turning into a balloon or something?", she started shakingly. One of the balloons, which was really a ghost, responded with "No need to bellyache, kid, we're only changing you to the woman we trust, starting by converting your do into a giant familiar..."

There was no escaping it for the young lady, more and more did she resemble DJ Phantasmagloria, her afro hair was the size and shape of a small beach ball, the front bangs began to cover her aging eyes thus bringing a smile to her older bulging evil lips, the bottom lip gaining a glossy shine, her chest still small sprouted modest yet bodacious A-cups, her arms thinned out similiar to Eartha Kitt and Kate Moss put together & on her wrists were bracelets with the same color as her ensemble doing some very small inflation of their own.
The sleeves on her shirt are finally disappearing, bwaa ha ha ha ha ha ha!
Her fused disco dress is all set, though a lively is nearing, bwaa ha ha ha ha ha ha!
Luigi, just as well sounding like his late 80s Danny Wells format: Scusi, you beasts, what are you doing to this bambina?

DJ Phantasmagloria: Mind you biz, my man, I'm back from the dead and it couldn't be keener.

Luigu, determined to rescue his sibling and Princess Peach, got out his ghost sucking machine and tried to take away all this dancing red ghost balloons before annihilating the Dj, whose afro hair finally stopped growing the size and shape of a medicine ball. Although she didn't care, about him or her former life, she just danced away with the rest of them. Little did she know, the afro was partially removable, as Luigi was about to show.

...and soon the green overalled-plumber got everyone including the dj, even if he had to hit her side to side, very ungentleman-like, before she did a few last moves & got sucked inside. As for the girl's shoes, during the battle, the rubber soles and laces melted until reforming into some kind of lace/flower pedal oval pattern while the sky blue rest solidified and inflated within the oval becoming a gem as the whole thing was now a Nintendo princess brooch. When Luigi picked it up, he put it in his side pocket & thought it would make a good memento for Daisy when he got back.
