Parody Song Title:

"Batman"

Parody Written by:

Holy parody, Batman! Well, I was bored, I was listening to Switchfoot while reading a comic, and I had around twenty minutes to kill. So I wrote this. If anyone finds this insulting to Batman, that is not the purpose. It is meant as my own sort of tribute to my favorite comic book hero.
Driving in his Batmobile
I always wondered why there's no cars on the road
He fights using gadgets and martial arts
So what will he do when he gets old, old

Batman has no superpowers for
Fighting against crime
He can't even fly
He's just a really rich guy
Batman has no superpowers for
Fighting against crime
So how come he even tries

He fights for the people's justice
Seems every week a different Robin dies
Batman saved Gotham when Bane was out in the open
And Batman's back was broken, broken

Batman has no superpowers for
Fighting against crime
Robin always dies
Batman always cries
Even when Bane broke his back or
He got stabbed in his eye
His will won't let him die

We still wish he would have killed the Joker
We still wish he would have killed the Joker
We still want him to avenge his father
But every single time, Batman refuses to take a life, yeah

Batman needs no superpowers for
Fighting against crime
All he needs to do is hatch a plan or
Invent a bat-device
There's nothing Batman can't solve for
He is so wise
That's what makes him the best
He's uses his mind unlike the rest

Nice one! 4-4-5 on this one! I give you a 4 in pacing, 'cause it kind of feels like you rushed a few of the lines, a 4 in the "How Funny?" category 'cause, well, I didn't laugh my ass off at this, but it was really entertaining, and a 5 overall, 'cause, well, I just like comic book superheroes and Batnam is one of the coolest heroes DC has come up with. Oh, and about the line, "What happens when he gets old?" Batman Beyond! One of my personal favorites! w00t!

Thanks, Erin. Ya, I did rush a few lines. Like I said, I only had around twenty minutes to write it and some reason I felt I just had to finish it before I went to work. Knowing me, I would have forgotten about it completely after then =) 4-4-5 and a 5-5-5 for the first parody I've ever written, and a quick one too. That's good enough for me. I'll have the Green Arrow one up as soon as they review it. Thanks again!

This is true, if super heroes existed, batman wouldn't no one likes a rich guy, people like superheroes with cool powers like spiderman, not money a, accident prone sidekick and a doddering butler. Great parody by the way!

The pacing as people have mentiond is far too rushed. Ecpecially in the first verse but the choruse is pretty good 3-4-4
