Well the place I looked up the actual lyrics had We Were Ment to Live, but I sort of figured it was Meant to Live, I guess you have every right to shine that Song Title Police badge if their is one. -Wisegirl
I'm sorry. I like giving bad ratings even less than I like getting them. But this is just really bad. Botching a title is forgivable, but you mispelled "meant" at the same time. I winced. And... your pacing needs a lot of work. You've got added or missing syllables on almost every line, making it impossible to sing along. Counting syllables and proofreading will get you better ratings on the next one.
I wrote this in a little under half an hour, so I am very glad that was all that was wrong with it, and i'm sure I will be able to live with not spelling meant correctly. I will definatly spell check better in the future besides, in my slopy copy i spelled it right. About the syllable thing, I sang along with it pretty well, so i guess that wasnt all bad. I think it would be wrong of me to take your opinion personally because I think this song is cute.
