A song about iTunes and iPods, and how they're projected to replace physical music storage mediums. The narrator starts out a bit skeptical of the new format, but quickly changes his mind. I'll eventually record songs of this and my other Rammstein parodies and post most of them on the MySpace page.
I recall the days back when
Music had a format that I could touch
Now we've got iPods oh so thin
All getting to be a bit too much
But the iTunes store is oh so cool
I see they've got quite a selection
You can download that song by Tool
At a price that makes the upmost sense:
Ninety-nine cents!
Technology is way advanced
MP3s and MP4s and more
These formats leave me so entranced
2 Gigabytes means lots of songs to store
I love the new iPod I bought
Can't wait to give all these great songs a listen
It's not quite as bad as I thought
At least it's cheaper than my rent
At ninety-nine cents!
Ninety-nine cents!
Why do I buy all these CDs?
They all just clutter up my place like garbage
Now I think we can all agree
That suddenly the old way seems so savage
Why did I hate this, I forgot
My iPod's shiny new, look at it glisten
I really like this thing a lot
File-sharers they must all be dense
It's only ninety-nine cents!
Ninety-nine cents!
Ninety-nine cents!
Ninety-nine cents!
Ninety-nine cents!
Ninety-nine cents!
Ninety-nine cents!
(Ninety-nine...)
Ninety-nine cents!

It might not be good new for Sam Goody and other music retailers who are scrambling to get into the 21st century, but this is a very good parody.
Uh, the OS has two N's in "Brennt." As for your parody, 444.
