Aw, don't bash NFG. They're more punk than bs Good Charlotte and Blink who got too big for themselves. Hopefully, NFG doesn't do the same, but if they keep it up the way they are they'll sell out and that's sad.

I used to get riled up about bands that were 'selling out punk'. Ironically, it was often the bands that you cite as being more punk than the ones you're now complaining about. Luckily, i mellowed out. I still listen to my old punk CDs (and yes, i'm so 'punk'...nay...'oldschool' i have stuff on vinyl - that never even came out on CD. So i outpunk all of you! :Þ j/k) but i also like Ace of Base, and shock-horror! Justin Timberlake and some Progressive Blues stuff you are not likely to have heard of. I'm not sure where i'm going with this...but when am i ever?

I think it sucked because punk rock is the best music out there! Rap is the real one that's crap! Just because you don't like punk doesn't mean u should try to get other ppl to hate it, biotch!

For clarification to this thing that nobody's commented on for months, I never claimed 'punk rock elitism' or 'punker than thou' status. It's just amusing to see these bands copy blink and Green Day when they were the copycats themselves. Also New Found Glory annoys the hell out of me.
Sorry, but am i missing sumthing? Is that song supposed to have a point? Is it even supposed to be like the original? NFG are essence of pure punk. Dont take the mick. The lyrics don't mean anything, or make sense, or rhyme. I completely agree with that West guy. Shove it.

i love the "i'm more punk rock than you" arugments. i used to have those in about 7th grade. anyway, new found glory was the first "punk" band i ever really listened to besides blink. people just call bands like good charlotte and simple plan punk because the dumba**** don't know what else to call it. i don't think nfg is in any way in that pop-punk crap phase, they're all their own, they don't sound like other bands out there. this song was lame, anyway. the timing was off.
