Awesome work here Agrimorfee! I lived this of course, because I had one of the worst dorms on campus, and what you're saying is the gospel truth. That's one of the reasons why I don't want to return to the dorm life...
Very good idea, my downstairs neighbors are always fighting, punching, hitting, cursing, and spewing racist comments with my other neighbors. Then they come home blasting techno music, and the neighbors they fight with blast rap music. Sometimes, Apartment life is really a pain.
