Another Dutch-feet treat. 15 toes.
Saw the title and even though I don't know the song, I had to check it out. Frankly, the title reminded me of an X-Files episode in which the bad guy had a thing for first washing women's hair, then after killing them, cut off their fingers and freeze the fingers.
