If you've never heard of this man, he is an Asian/American actor and martial artist who appeared in films like 'Brotherhood of the Wolf.' He is also the host of Food Network's most popular show, 'Iron Chef America,' which not surprisingly I just LOVE and which reportedly drew a total of 12 million viewers in its opening weekend on the network (4/23-26/2004). This is how *I* feel about him (and it's not negative, I hope).
