The Lyrics

For those who voted in 2016 for a winner and regret it now. Almost on the nose when you consider the OS is about fragile relationships.
(Verse 1)
There’s been, a change in, brand disin-formation
All from the press
And if others just said it, while trying to show wit
Playing human chess

This merchandise, you buy, is just the same, from lawn signs
That you place outside your house

(Chorus)
I’m ready to stand my ground
While those conservatives, have gone, red extreme
There will be no red hat upon my head
I don’t care, it’s not my, party

(Verse 2)
Tommy, Styer, spends his money
Recklessly to undo the vote
Howard Schultz will, cause problems
Against the incumbent, a joke to cast that vote+
With all the enemies that, are created
They must think you are racist

(Chorus)

(Verse 3)
At the rallies
When I join the crowd
There will be cheers
It should be loud
I might get beat
And shown the door
For orange man
He leads no more

(Chorus x3)
+ = Again gets used to rhyme so why change that.

Once upon a time, a red hat meant a strange but relatively harmless old lady. Then, it meant Peggy Carter. Now, it means someone dumb enough to hear Trump say, "Believe me!" and does.

You must be referring to me, MP. When Trump said he was going to win the election, I believed him!! And then when he said he didn't collude with the Russians, I believed.him again. And then when he said the "Mueller" (lol) investigation was a total fraud and witch hunt, I believed him again. When will I wise up and bow to the wisdom of my intellectual and moral superiors at CNN and MSNBC?

CML, Trump didn't believe he was going to win. And it has been shown in constant reports from Wolff, Woodward, et al how fragile his ego is when he gets backed into a corner for his incompetence, as well as how he berates and excoriates everyone that he has appointed around him--whether or not they have been capable of their duties (especially when they question his laughable methods of operation). Why the hell should anyone believe in someone who can't even believe in himself or his inner circle!?

And here I thought nobody was ever going to comment or vote on anymore of my songs. Not even the Jessica Yaniv dis track, or the Eric Sparkes song about what happened in Georgia.

That wasn't me. I have too much concern for the future of this website to go off like that. I have thousands of hours of effort invested here that would go down the toilet if we dont restrain this negativity. And its not as if the fate of the Republic hinges on these Amiright dust ups. How many minds could I change here, even at my most eloquent. And even if were to speaketh in he tongues of angels such that I could changeth MP's mind, what good would that do. He lives in the bluest of the blue states

Thanks CML. I guess I typed too much more that I expected. I don't know where these 1's votes are coming from, b/c it's not coming from anyone who would listen to Dido, and think this song is off pace. On funny, fine I'll take a 1 if my standards of humor don't work.
