The Lyrics

9 hours worth of film into 3 1/2 minutes of lyrics... a tight squeeze.I think this is rather more of a somber song than a funny one, the theme just seemed to fit the original title...
I know you think that this Ring is for Gondor, to save the Men
But now you must destroy it, or Sauron will find it, then he'll rule the world
You shouldn't think it's going to make your lives better, as its power you can't wield

We will march off to Mordor, we won't lay down our arms in surrender
There will be no white hand upon our helms, no Nazgul, can ever catch us

[Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli et al.]
Ten thousand orcs bringing death and destruction, to the Rohirrim
So now can we defeat them? The odds are against us, our race it may just end
But if we just give up now, then it's over, meaning Saruman has won

We will go on to Helm's Deep, we won't lay down our arms in surrender
There will be no white hand upon our helms, Saruman, can never stop us

[Frodo, Sam]
And when we reach, our journey's end
Into the fire, the Ring we'll send
It's time will pass, and not return
Sauron will be, forever gone

We will go into Mount Doom, we won't lay down our arms in surrender
There will be no white hand upon our helms, Sauron's Ring, will never hold us

You cast the ring to the fire, never laid your arms down in surrender
You will bow down to nobody, my friends, for our world, you have made safer

We must now leave Middle Earth, for the time of the Rings, here has ended
It is to Men now that we must look, they're the ones, to maintain peace here
