Song Parodies -> "Good Night!"

Original Song Title:

"Goodbye!"

Parody Song Title:

"Good Night!"

Parody Written by:

The Comedian

The Lyrics

On November 18 and 19 of 2005, I will be playing the part of "Marshall Brown" in The Nashoba Players' new dinner theatre production, "The Award Show". At the request of the director, I've been "commissioned" to write some parodies of show-tunes that we will use in this upcoming performance of "The Award Show". This particular song parody will conclude the show.
ALL:

The Award Show is over now!
You had dinner, now WE can chow!
Captain's turned off the seat-belt sign!
Evacuate the building, so WE all can dine!
If you'd like to come to see us again,
Bring along a throng of fam'ly and friends!
We're glad you came, but it's time to go
Adios, au revoir, wiedersehen, ta-ta-ta
Good night --- drive safe --- GO HOME !!
"Good Night!" COPYRIGHT 2005 John D. Small
