The Lyrics

Only fans of the movie "Bugsy Malone" will understand this song parody.
Who's the new blonde girlie walkin' in Fat Sam's
With the huge duffel bag and the high-heeled gams?
Says she's comin' in to try out for the show
She don't know it's not what you do, but who ya know

It's Blousey Brown, it's Blousey Brown
She walks on!
It's Blousey Brown, it's Blousey Brown
She walks on!

Now this hopeful flapper wants to be a star
But first she goes out with Bugsy in the pedal car
This young lady's no Ordinary Fool
Even when her ordinary dreams fall through

It's Blousey Brown, it's Blousey Brown
She walks on!
It's Blousey Brown, it's Blousey Brown
She walks on!

(Dialogue samples during instrumental break:
"Blousey Brown, singer....Sounds like a stale loaf of bread!...I don't share fares, I'm a lady...Come back tomorrow, that's all I ever hear!...I will not cool down! I will not! I will not!...")

Played by Florrie Dugger (pre-adolescent lust!)
Upstaged by Jodie Foster, left her in the dust
Just whatever happened to this dear little miss?
Is it because Scott Baio didn't give her a kiss?

Poor Blousey Brown, Poor Blousey Brown
She walks on!
It's Blousey Brown, it's Blousey Brown
She walks on!

Good job, Agrimorfee! I must say though - where have you been? I've had several new Pink Floyd "Mall" parodies up, and you haven't commented them? I gotta get me some feedback, my man! Haha it's cool. Great job overall, and keep at it. And yeah - I started a new pen name on here. The Chris Kilo thing. Long story why - but I hope to hear from you soon! 555

SOTM - I only vaguely remember the movie, but since I don't wanna be taken outside and beaten up to a bloody pulp I promise to watch it if they ever air it here again.

I can't say that I had ever seen the movie, nor heard the OS before this date, but great subbing

(SOTM) Never seen the movie, but nice descriptions, and a catchy OS! (My favorite movie's Back To The Future, by the way, but I've never written any parodies about it.)

...To those of you who haven't seen Bugsy Malone, do so (while you're still young enough to appreciate it, and not get worried about the age of the performers)

I'm not familiar with either the movie or the song, but I'll say reading the parody reminded me a lot of "Everybody knows she's Wendy".---MM

(SOTM) I would have liked the chance to see the movie, but neither of the video stores here carry a copy. Great match to TOS, and I'm giving this 5s now for "well-written", though if I get a chance to see the movie, I'm sure I'll get the jokes written in.

(SOTM) I'm no fan, but I have seen this movie a few times. Nice job.
