Johnny D (John Small) has been cast as Major General Stanley in a concert performance of Gilbert and Sullivan's "The Pirates of Penzance". This concert performance (on March 17, 2007) is a collaboration between The Concord Players, The Concord Band, and The Concord Orchestra, to raise funds for stage renovations at their 51 Walden Street facility in Concord, Massachusetts. In the show, Johnny D will sing "The Major General's Song" ("I Am The Very Model Of A Modern Major General") -- the most-parodied Gilbert and Sullivan song on AmiRight!Full story is at Concord Players.
