The reason for omitting the song was that he could not get permission to sell it. So he's giving it away for free.

What'z pitiful is the perspective of the singer in Weird Al's take. Who's he stalking (for that matter, the original song...)? A homeless bum wallowing in the aroma of pre-suicidal urine? Honestly though, Weird Al couldn't follow Yucko the Clown and expect to be inconspicuous enough to draw the conclusions of the parody.... Wait! is Yucko the subject of this?! ;) Funny how single-term prejudices of positive and negative hyperbole are so easily transposed for either sublime or subversive effect, even within the tight constraints of rhyme and meter. In lieu of the alludes and in betwixt the two, one can draw concludes of why not, "...Your'e lynchable...". Funny how funny isn't funny anymore. The begins of idolotrous obsession have historically ended in far worse circumstances than the exposure of someone's body odor or even undermined paradigms. Imagine, "The Dispassion of Peace and Justice" instead of throwing buckets of blood on people wearing fur to a Mel Gibson movie. Imagine chuckling at the satisfaction of your own liberation from this horrific prison planet of EGOS FEARING LOSS. Man didn't make God, he made Hell and abandoned his kids in it.
