[DISCLAIMER] This is a joke, for the humour impaired who may think otherwise.

It also has anti-skip protection for when you want to have a ho down!

Anyone saw SNL last night when Eminem, on one line, stopped moving his lips before the line ended. Apparently, nobody in the audience noticed it because they cheered loudly after he was finished. Did you?

Jonathan C...I saw that SNL last night with Eminem and noticed the same thing. Aren't artists required to SING their own songs anymore?
Jonathan C. - October 31, 2004 - Report this comment
Makes you wonder, Adagio. We probably should have taken a hint from the fact that Eminem didn't bring a band, just a DJ that wasn't at his mixing machine all the time. Maybe Lorne Michaels really doesn't care anymore.

Can't we just leave Ashlee Simpson alone already? It's not her fault they played the wrong backing track. She was singing live, it was just a backing track! And they played the wrong one in the production booth. So why is everyone making it out to be like a federal crime. Big deal. I say you all need to get a life. And like Oh no, M&M was probably lip-syncing, say it ain't so. Never mind the fact that he's some kind of psycho who supposedly "loves" his daughter, but sees nothing wrong with rapping about raping and murdering the girl's mother (and from what I've heard, apparently doing the same, to even his own mother.) When this kind of crap is considered entertainment and people actually go out and buy it, and listen to it. Don't complain to me that America is turning into some kind of sewer and the murder and assault rates are way up, you should know who to thank.

wow Ed, thanks for that.. you're like so enlightened and stuff. SNL sucks, and both of these "performers" suck, so who cares anyways?
MrMacphisto - November 04, 2004 - Report this comment
Eminem sucks, but I have to respect the fact that his upcoming album puts down Bush... As for SNL... they've sucked ever since Phil Hartman died...

hey ED. ashlee sucks singing live or not! it sounds like someone is killing a cat! the girl has no talent at all!...why would they tell us she was lip-syncing if she wasnt? she OBVIOUSLY was. i hate that moron with a passion. and what was the point of the whol "hoe down" she made herself look even MORE foolish. besides the fact she was caught lip-sycing!

does any of this seriously matter? i mean the whole SNL thing shouldn't be such a big deal. it was just a backing track. people use those all the time. jeez my chorus used one. its just there to help you hear yourself when performing. but anyways, we shouldn't be soooooooooo concerned about it. its not like people don't make mistakes. its just b/c she is in the spotlight that she is attacked for the slightest mistake. if you don't think she has talent- fine! but she did sell over a million copies of her debut cd, which her sister did not. and if you don't like her, move on already. big deal. and as for the orange bowl. ok she didn't have the greatest perfomance, but lots of artists do. why do we act like this is such a big deal? people are just mean. if i don't like something i just turn it off. people act like she doesn't have feelings. i feel bad for her.
Phil - January 09, 2005 - Report this comment
Well, she obviously had no regard for the feelings of the people that bought her "record" and tickets to her shows to see her perform. I could go off onto a whole litlle diatribe about the "music" industry, but I'll leave it at she deserves what she gets. It's about time people started to see what an atrocity the business has turned into, and if it takes a posing little teeny-bopper getting her feelings hurt a couple of times, then so be it. She should have thought of that when she accepted all that cash to put her pretty little face (wretch) on a CD sleeve.

PEOPLE PLEASE STOP ALREADY!!!! Ashley has nothing to do with the snl accident, people from the production booth does they are the ones who got it wrong!!! Im a huge fan of ash and i know for a fact that she is a great artist and nobody can take that away from her. All of you sucker talking s%&^ about her please GET A LIFE!!!!! You're just jealous of her because she has done more things in one week than all of you together in years!!!!! So please respect Ashley's work she's also trying to reach her goals. ASHLEY YOU ROCK KEEP BEEN THAT GOOD!!!!!
dude - October 06, 2005 - Report this comment
yeah, poor Ashlee, she's still the richest lipsyncer since Milli Vanilli. It's the production booth's fault? How about it's Ashlee's fault for using backing tapes? The show is called saturday night LIVE.
