Earlier, 'Ring Of Fire' was used in a Levi's ad where a young man sat too close to a fire, so making the studs on his jeans red-hot! The story of the ad was about how Levi's came to have zips on. Did the Cash family object to this too?

It depends on the subject. Using "Ring of Fire" to sell hemorrhoid medicine would be inappropriate considering Johnny and June's deaths. And besides, jeans and country go hand-to-hand. I haven't heard of us country folk using Preparation H that much.

my friend uses preperation H on her face to prevent wrinkles. Needless to say, she's a blonde.

Which side in this debate could more fitting call the other side a pain in the butt?
