After his recent accident, it's quite possible Ozzy may never sing again. I'd make a bad joke here, but I feel pitty for the guy on this one.

Right NOW they're saying "he may never be able to sing again"? I thought he hasn't been able to sing again for the past year or 2 because of his health problems. Is there something I'm missing here?
Maxwell Smart - December 13, 2003 - Report this comment
Quote from a "Dr. Dick Jack" and the fact that I haven't seen this story on TV puts it in the Urban Legend category something more substantial comes out.
Reverend J. - December 13, 2003 - Report this comment
To me, this is the judgment of God for that Satan music he and his bands have been putting on over the last three decades without remorse. I feel no sympathy for Ozzy, and Pat Boone should repent now for covering his tunes.
malcolm higgins - December 13, 2003 - Report this comment
I wrote a song too, about eels satanic eels.. that's a- moray and I too wrote it without remoras.. so there.. if this is gods will against evil, why did he drop a church roof in on a flock of parishoners a few years back as they grovelled through a hymn to his majesty? were they singing without angoras?? just wondering rev...J
Reverend J. - December 13, 2003 - Report this comment
That was not God's will. That was that church being too cheap to remodel.
Maxwell Smart - December 14, 2003 - Report this comment
Malcolm, Parady is fine as long as it doesn't offend the social MORAYS of your community. There will be no Christmas this year. Mary fell off the donkey. OOOOH, sorry Rev. These things slip out sometimes. Think I got Tourette's.

Huh?
Judgie von Hollierthanthou - December 15, 2003 - Report this comment
Yes, I believe Reverend J is correct in his assumption that the almighty God of the Judeo-Christian religion is exacting his righteous revenge by crushing a harmless brain-fried fool, who made music about wickedness decades ago, with an ATV. I think that would be God's biggest priority. Let him forget about trivial things such as spreading love and peace, and instead let him choose to intervene by punishing such evil-doers as Ozzy, that guy downloading music wothout paying the RIAA all the money to his name, oh and that sick heathen who's downloading pictures of ladies touching themselves in their no-no parts. Smite them! Smite them all I Say! We are all unworthy lest we repent!
Joe - December 15, 2003 - Report this comment
What?
Reverend J. - December 15, 2003 - Report this comment
God forgives those who repent and love Him. However, Ozzy has flaunted his Satanic beliefs and drug addiction to the Masses, and has not ask God for forgiveness. This is just God's way of saying it is not too late to ask for forgiveness to escape Final Judgment. I did not say that everyone who disobeyed God would be smited. God does love everyone, but we must do our part to follow and respect His Commandments. Get your facts straight, Mr. von Hollierthanthou, before you dump your sarcasm against His wishes.

OK Flock: The Sermon is now over, and the Choir will now sing Nearer To God Then Ye. keep your politics, your religion, and your ignorance to yourself, i dont care to hear it.
Reverend J. - December 15, 2003 - Report this comment
A typical reaction of Christian intolerance, Gary. That means you'll have to tune out Satanism, too. As well as Muslim, Judaism, Mormanism, Wiccan, etc. God is Great, isn't He?
Confused of West Ruislip - December 15, 2003 - Report this comment
But Reverend, surely YOURS is the reaction of Christian intolerance? Gary's was a reaction TO Christian intolerance. Anyway, I reckon it'd be a poor show for God to strike dumb some poor b*****d who's been singing wearing a cross for the last thirty years. Oh, and Reverend - does this mean you're giving Satanism, Islam, Judaism etc the same credibility rating as Christianity? 'coz if so, it means we might agree on something
Reverend J. - December 15, 2003 - Report this comment
Okay, I worded that wrong. I meant to say "intolerance toward Christians", which is what Gary is showing. And it seems that the both of you are giving more credibility to Satanists, Mormons, and other "religions" that don't follow the teachings af the Bible. And I do not consider Satanism a "religion", more of a rebellion against what is good on this earth. You don't have to listen to me, but don't hate me when I tell you my beliefs. Christianity is the most hated religion on Earth, because of the myth that it judges a person rather than trying to show a better way. Sorry, if that sounds confusing to you.
Phil Alexander - December 16, 2003 - Report this comment
Personally, I give exactly the same credence to Satanists, Mormons and the rest as I do to Christians... (have a look at: http://www.amiright.com/parody/misc/traditional273.shtml)

"Christianity is the most hated religion on Earth" - what kind of paranoid babble is that? Have you tried being a Muslim at the moment? Even though they're wrong, too.
SomeGuy - December 16, 2003 - Report this comment
We all hate Christianity cus it is one of the few bad religions trying to make all people part of it, just look at Buddism it does not try to recruit people and, i think of God just as an excuse for the noble people in the middle ages to do what they want to do....You all see what i mean now?
Reverend J. - December 16, 2003 - Report this comment
Not everybody hates Christianity. You're just one of many that do. Because you hate what you don't understand. And I doubt people who hate Christians have any love in their hearts. Remember: Just because a church claims to be Christian doesn't mean it is one. It has to com through the teachings of Christ. If any of these other religions teach the basic things like love, faith and forgiveness, it hasn't been made aware to me. Yes, Phil Alexander, Christianity is the most hated religion in the world. Did Mohammed die for our sins? Did Buddha sacrifice his life for others? I don't know, but Jesus did those and more.
dude - December 16, 2003 - Report this comment
ok, the religious crap on a music site is pretty stupid.. you aren't going to win any converts here so just go preach it somewhere else
Phil Alexander - December 17, 2003 - Report this comment
Rev, you have a bit of a tendency towards non sequitur: why should Mohammed/Buddha *not* dying make Christianity the most hated religion in the world? I would complain about the muddled thought and lack of logic this implies, but that would only cause another reply relevant to nothing else that was mentioned
Reverend J. - December 17, 2003 - Report this comment
I think that you fail to see that Jesus died FOR US! Mohammed/Buddha and other "messiahs" did not. It's the fact that Jesus claimed he was the Son of God and not just a messenger sent from God that makes Christianity so hated. So it does have relevance, Mr. Alexander. As for the poster who calls himself "dude", I'll pray for you and the others even though I may not convert anyone here. And if it was possible, I would preach somewhere else too.
SomeGuy - December 17, 2003 - Report this comment
Buddha didnt die cus he realized that he would be more useful teachning the ninthfold way of life to make people live their lives better and so he dedicated his whole life from the point he realized he could do something good and yes ofcourse by now you realize i am a buddhist But i was christian before that.... the chritstain church have only done bad things if you follw the true history in the books and not the bible....christianity has only been conquering and killing of smaller religions that would have been a great cultural addition if they had been around for now
Gary Main - December 17, 2003 - Report this comment
Look you dumb SOB this is NOT anything like a place for you to preach your trash. You have got to GO. the whole foucus of allowing your dumb ass to look at this work or any other is to rate it for its pacing, humor and total overall score. NOTHING you have to say or have said falls into this criteria. Therefore you are totally out of context on this board, and i am not alone in telling you to GET LOST. i know already your gonna respond by preaching some trash back or quoting your idiotic scripture to make your off topic points seem valid, but dont bother JUST LEAVE. NO MORE OF YOUR MOUTH. your obviuosly not now nor ever going to stay on topic with the stated criteria of this board, and are blatantly violating the TOS. Do we have to submit a request to the management to make you officially banned or will you take the hint and leave?
Eternity - December 17, 2003 - Report this comment
Whatever any one here believes in or converted to, we humans cannot judge each other. The time will come when the truth will be revealed. When that happens may you have made the right choice and not end up being left behind. Mohammed and Buddha were great men who died and were buried in their graves and remain in their graves to this day. What's the difference? Jesus Christ is God's only son who rose from the dead on the third day and is still alive today and for eternity.
Mari D - December 17, 2003 - Report this comment
Reverend J -- This is a great place to render one's opinion, but not to convert. There are other sites for that. Go to one of those.

don't pray for me, just shut up and go somewhere else

Now, now, everybody. Let's all calm down and try to think rationally. It is obvious that this Reverend J is nothing more than a fake, and is only trying to stir up trouble. He couldn't care less for Ozzy or his music, but neither Mr. J (if that is his real name) nor his so called congregation should be taken seriously. Just like Ozzy doesn't take himself seriously (sometimes). Now let's say a real prayer: that Mr. Osbourne will survive his accident, maybe to sing again.
