This is NOT a 'Traditional' song. It was composed by Jay Livingston and Ray Evans in 1950, and first performed by Bob Hope and Marilyn Maxwell in the motion picture "The Lemon Drop Kid", filmed in July-August 1950. The first recording of it, released in late 1950, was by Bing Crosby and Carol Richards.
