Okay, here's my miscellaneous commentary about this particular line from this song (Bailamos): Actually, i don't know which of the two versions is the TRUE correct line! The first ('Don't let the world dim my sight') makes more sense from a purist/linguist standpoint (and perhaps also the truly romantic viewpoint), but the second ('Don't let the world in outside') would be more typical of pop lyrics. So your guess is as good as mine -- unless of course, you know the writer of the song -- in which case, your guess might be a whole lot more accurate than mine! ;) Warm regards, anita
