ATC, "Notte D'Amore Con Te"
Misheard Lyrics:
Note d'amore con te
(Translation: 'Notes of love with you')
Original Lyrics:
Notte d'amore con te
(Translation: 'Night of love with you')
Part of this song is sung in Italian (most of it is sung in English). The singer sings the Italian lyrics with a decent Italian accent, but he can't seem to pronounce the double 'T' in the word 'notte' (which means 'night'). Instead, he pronounces it as 'note' (which is the plural form of 'nota,' the Italian word for 'note,' as in a music note). The funny thing is, both words appear in the lyrics, yet he pronounces them exactly the same way, which may confuse some Italian listeners (they might think he's singing about love notes!).
