The Fall were staying in a hotel in Scotland (?) and lead singer Mark E. Smith was ratted out to the hotel staff by bandmates Craig Scanlon and Steve Hanley as the perpetrator of all-night loud drunkenness. His disappointment at their flimsy loyalty was immortalized in this song.
