Misheard Lyrics:
Marsha Cup
Original Lyrics:
all shook up
Story about this misheard lyric by: Randy: I was taking my little 5-yr-old sister to kindergarten sometime in the very early 60s and she said she wanted to hear the song Marsha Cup, my girlfriend and I could not figure out what that was until it came on the radio and my little sister Nancy said "there it is Marsha Cup." This has been a family story ever since.
"Elegantly Wasted," INXS
Misheard Lyrics:
American waitress
Original Lyrics:
I'm elegantly wasted
Story about this misheard lyric by: Cody Finke: By contrast, earlier mishearings of this song (which was one of the last by the band before Michael Hutchence died later in 1997) had mishearings of "American Wasteland", and the song "Baba O'Riley" had multiple mishearings of "Teenage Wasteland" as "teenage waitress", so this can do for "American waitress".
"Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'," Michael Jackson
Misheard Lyrics:
I'm the same as I saw my mom go south
Original Lyrics:
Ma ma se, ma ma sa, ma ma coo sa
Story about this misheard lyric by: Joel Miner: This is what I thought I heard as it made much better sense at the time.

"July Morning,"Axel Rudi Pell - Length: 9:58
I love this cover! While the coda is less than the original Uriah Heep version, but this cover became playing repeatedly and would be a radio hit for me. The first time ever I hear this song was several years ago where I don't know this song and originally would be Deep Purple song titled "Looking for Love" (mention in the lyrics of this song). But, when I hear the original Uriah Heep song for the first time on radio, they helping me from cute girls with their epic outro (first playing at 6:35). When I read article about the song "July Morning" in Wikipedia, Pell covered this song in 2000 (several years before the golden year for the progressive metal maestro named Tool). And later, when I adding Pell version of this song into my playlist and later I hear this song for the first time on my mobile, it would be this and not Deep Purple song. For my music science about Pell's own band, Johnny Gioeli previously known as a lead vocalist on Hardline's song that I still save in my playlist titled "Can't Find My Way". Both the bands Hardline and Pell's band, Gioeli still singing on these bands. Now, Pell's "July Morning" was a radio hit and still playing again and again for progressive rock format of my music program until I'm boring with this song. But I'm still love with this cover!
