"The Flintstones theme song," The Flintstones
Misheard Lyrics:
Lets ride with the family down the street
Rudolph find a place to rest your feet
Original Lyrics:
Lets ride with the family down the street
Through the courtesy of Fred's two feet
Story about this misheard lyric by: Larry: This is always what I thought it was back in the 70s.
"Alone You Breath," Savatage
Misheard Lyrics:
I love you, breath.
Original Lyrics:
Alone you breath.
Story about this misheard lyric by: Wisnu Aji: It was not performed by the singer, but it was performed by a radio announcer. It is wrong if the eighth studio album is titled 'Heavy Metal in Rain' or 'Heavy Metal of Rain', but not to be titled with these titles, the true title of an album is 'Handful of Rain'. About this song: It is second longest song from 'Handful of Rain' after "Chance" with 7 minutes and 50 seconds. "Alone You Breath" is 7 minutes and 30 seconds. The album is a reflex to Criss Oliva's life that he passed away in late 1993. Criss was passed away in a car crash while his wife was passed away in a hospital.
"Jet Airliner," Steve Miller Band
Misheard Lyrics:
Big ol' Jederalina
Original Lyrics:
Big ol' jet airliner
Story about this misheard lyric by: Franklin: My entire life I've confidently sung along to this song thinking it was about a woman named "Jederalina," and no one has ever corrected me, because I pronounced the name the same way he says "jet airliner." I finally saw the song title on Pandora, and now I'm wondering if I really know the words to any songs at all.
"Ocean Avenue," Yellowcard
Misheard Lyrics:
Let your race tracks down on me
Original Lyrics:
Let your waves crash down on me
Story about this misheard lyric by: Cody Finke: I thought he was saying "race tracks"...until I found the lyrics on YouTube!
